Welcome to the Gender Transformative course
The Gender Transformative Programming course is designed to equip learners with the knowledge and tools to address gender-based violence and promote gender equality in Africa.
- Lesson 1 introduces the foundations—key concepts, definitions, and the importance of applying a gender-transformative lens in project and policy design.
- Lesson 2 builds on this by exploring gender analysis frameworks, processes, and tools, while showing how they can be applied to end violence against women and girls (VAWG).
- Lesson 3 focuses on monitoring and evaluation, guiding learners on how to track, measure, and assess gender-responsive programs for stronger impact and accountability.
