Welcome to the Human Resource Management module. This is a self-paced module scheduled for a notional 2 study hours. This course supports the Good Financial Grant Practice (GFGP) journey. It is structured to guide through the GFGP certification journey (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum). Each module focuses on specific GFGP assessment criteria to ensure your Human Resources (HR) function is compliant with international grant standards. Organizations can achieve Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum tiers. Human Resource requirements become more stringent at higher tiers (e.g., Gold requires mandatory documented policies on recruitment and training).
