From Paper to Moodle

From Paper to Moodle takes you step-by-step through the process of building in Moodle the content designed in your blueprint, focusing on consistency and adding variety to increase learner engagement.

Once the courses have been developed, course teams will pair up and review each others’ courses and give productive feedback for improvement.


Facilitating Online Learning

Facilitating Online Learning (FOL) explores adult and online learning principles, techniques, and technologies to support student learning and instructor presence. It offers engaging learning experiences that explore approaches, understandings, and solutions to help you become an effective online facilitator. It is grounded in research about teaching and learning online and will give you the opportunity to discuss, practice, and develop your ability to confidently and effectively facilitate online learning.

Online Instructional Design

In this course you will use an instructional design model to design and plan your blended bichronous course. The end result will be a blueprint with organized content ready for transferring to the Moodle LMS environment.



Reframing Training for APHRC

Welcome to this course on reframing training, where we will introduce you to the process of adapting your training methods from in-person to a blended bichronous model.

Reframing Training for CARTA

The aim of this micro course is to help CARTA trainers rethink the presentation of their in-person workshop sessions for blended online delivery, taking into account a heutagogical approach befitting CARTA values.
